Featuring boats on a river, this beautiful little treasure is a silver thimble ( unmarked but tested) made using black metallic alloy Niello work, C 1940's this one depicts river boats on a march and these were often bought back as souvenirs by World War II soldiers. In good condition, the thimble measures 2.3cm in height and 2cm diameter at the widest point.
