Khafre or Chephren was an ancient Egyptian monarch who was the fourth king of the Fourth Dynasty, during the earlier half of the Old Kingdom period. He was son of the king Khufu, and succeeded his brother Djedefre to the throne.
This is a detailed heavy cast metal figure of the Egyptian king. Measuring 20cm in height, 6.5cm wide and 11cms deep. It is fitted on a wooden base which has lost most of its black paint and bears a small plaque with the name K CHEPFREN. The plaque has a small bend in the metal and there is a small ding to his head( please see photos) Its a lovely old statue, great for someone who loves anything Egyptian.
